An Introductory Ramble with Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing)

November 25, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Come and learn about the amazing healing power of shinrin-yoku, also known as “forest bathing.” Scientific research has now caught up with ancient knowledge that time spent in forests have a direct, measurable and profound effect on the human spirit and physical well-being.

The shinrin-yoku process is a guided, meditative and sensory nature walk that will stimulate inspiration, foster awareness, reflection, and a deeper healing connection back to self.

During this guided woodland session, you will be led through the gentle, intentional shinrin-yoku process through a series of invitations, reflections, and general information.

This will be a gentle, easy forest walk for adults. The trail may be muddy in places. No dogs, please.
